As women get older, we tend to lose the physical strength that we once had. Our bones lose density, our skin responds to the effects of gravity, and we watch our bodies change in shape and size. This “normal” process can be frustrating, isolating, and confusing, and the solutions can be equally so.
We ask ourselves:

- How can I exercise in a way that will help me to reclaim some of the tone and strength from my youth?

This small group program for women meets weekly in Mahopac, NY. Enrollment is rolling, so join us at any time! Weekly hour-long sessions include customized training to increase your flexibility, enhance your bone health, and improve overall strength. We also meet monthly for nutritional coaching sessions that will take your health to the next level.
